In memory of......

This last weekend we took a trip to Fillmore, Utah for my Grandma Millies funeral. I haven't been to a funeral for a very long time and wasn't really prepared for the emotional roller coaster is was. We were all so happy and so sad at the same time. My grandma had suffered from cancer for about four months and by the end it was too much to bear for the people around her. It was a blessing to see her go yet thinking there will be no more visits or big breakfasts we used to have, or just laughing till my side hurt because of how funny she was is very sad. I will miss her terribly and my world just isn't the same without her, thank goodness for the knowledge of the ressurection.

Alex and Grandma Millie had a very special bond. Alex would call her "Grape" Grandma, she loved her so much and would hate to leave her house when we would visit.
