We have made a major accomplishment at the Balls home! Jake is officially potty trained!! I NEVER thought I would say those words. I decided when we got home from Christmas vacation that we were going to go cold turkey. The first few days consisted of alot of following around and asking and pleading but it really only took about a week and he has it mostly down. I think I had it in my head that it was going to take forever, but the kid has not wet the bed yet and is even telling me when he has to go! It's going to be the greatest 14 weeks not having to change any diapers, then it starts all over but hey I will take what I can get! Sorry for the boring post to most folks, but I am just elated that this step in Jake's life is CHECKED off my list!
Gotta love the no diaper saggy pants :)

We're doing the same thing with Kernan as we speak!! He totally has the poop part down but the pee is another story! Two accidents today! Argh!! Congrats! Hey, we want to see you guys, we've been to the ward at Thanksgiving and Christmas but you're always up here!! :) So next time you're up here let us know! Also, if you have any tips for me with the potty thing let me know!!!! :)
Congratulations...you did better than me. Liam is just now out of them, so I got no break at all. Only 2-3 more years and maybe I'll be diaper free!
