We finally got Jake in his own "Big Boy Bed." We were a little worried on how he would do in a big bed and if he would realize he could get off and wander around the house. He has been doing great! He fell off twice, but seems to be getting used to it. A couple of days ago at naptime, I heard a noise upstairs and went up into our loft where all the toys are, Jake was there playing with the Little People farm and I said, "Jake, what are you doing?" He looked at me and said, "a sheep mom, I playing with da sheep and cow." Since then he hasn't climbed down but does wake up Alex if she isn't up yet which is kindof a pain cause us girlies don't do well with that. Now if we can just get him potty trained :).

He is such a cutie! Big beds are awesome and hard at the same time. Kolsen has been in one since christmas and it was hard at first but I love it now!!! Have fun. I am so with you on potty training too. I am not ready for that yet.
I love the bed. Its so cute and it looks like Jakeloves it. We put Parker in a big bed at 18 months and it definately has its ups and downs. Most of the time he does pretty good. I love the headboard. Where did you get it?
Love the Bed Jake! And there's blue, wouldn't be right w/o blue!!
Jakey, what a big boy you are! We can't wait to come and see you soon.
His room is so cute. I'm looking for ideas for the boys room and I love what you have done.
